Who Are We?

Established in 2006, Craftability is owned by Tricia Hale and Karen Plummer. 
The two have been friends for many years and both saw the need for a good quality crafts store in Ipswich. Together, they followed a lifelong dream and developed the business to encourage the public to explore their love of crafting. 

Today, Craftability is known for personal, friendly service. Tricia, Karen and their staff have a wide range of knowledge and skills to share with customers, and everyone in the store carries the same passion for crafting. We encourage our customers to try our products before they buy them, so they know exactly what they are purchasing. Throughout the years, we’ve been privileged to have developed such a strong customer base and we hope to continue to grow in the coming years.
