If you haven’t heard the term felting before, you’re still probably familiar, in part at least, with some of the principles behind felting. It’s actually a very ancient type of crafting.
In felting, fibres are pulled apart, tangled together, and moulded to form the desired shape. Anything from children’s slippers to cute, cuddly toys can be created from felting! Traditionally, alpaca fibre or wool is commonly used in this art form, which is why the final product comes out so soft.
